<unknown> i bought my k750 about 3 months ago and i was messing aroudn with it when i snapped off teh camera switch, took it back to teh shop i bought it from and he told me i needed a new firewire cable, so i left it andwhen i went to pick it up, he said that he couldn't fix it so that when the camera lens is slid open teh camera is automatically activated - is the guy lying or am i stuck with my phone like this? now i have to open teh camera lens and manually turn teh camera on - i don't really have a problem with it but i jus wanted to know if its possible to fix it back to teh way it originally was

Drewski I got mine from sugarpipe.com a couple months ago and it's awesome. Sound quality is decent and the sound level of ear piece can seem low if you're in a loud environment or if it's not correctly placed over your ear.

Pros:
-Great MP3 player
-Expandable memory up to 4GB
-2 MP camera based on Sony's CyberShot line of digital cameras
-Works great as a flashlight
-Takes video as long as there's space on the memory card
-Good as a low~mid quality video player
-FM radio
-Easy to learn user interface
-Compact design

Cons:
-No 3.5mm headphone jack
-Software occasionally resets itself
-Keypad can be hard to press for those with large fingers (just the numerical keypad)
-Casing tends to squeak sometimes
-Doesn't support 850 mhz band

pay_doze Ok, Bhaskar I give 90% for k750 and 80% for w700..

just came across two good things thought shd share them
1)among 3gp and mp4 format movies mp4 is much better but takes a little moe space
2)i was making a mistake was opening vids from filemanager so was not able to fastforward the movies
but one frend told me to go to movies thru media player and i was able to fast forward these movies
i am new to sonyericsson
hence these small mistakes which many other people lik me ie new to sonyericsson wil make

hope these may be helpful to many others sharing similar problems

one more thing yes 2gb works very nice and use originaal sony msduo card
it do improves performance..

**last this phone rocks screen is small but better quality than nokia
**sound better than nokia
**autofocus --nokia cant even provide one camera phone with decent autofocus(i mean speedy)
**flash much powerful than nokia
**speedy ui campared to nokia
**battery life double of nokia
**picture quality--nokia not even close


overalll best set i ever used
no regrets leaving slow symbians behing and getting simple but smart phone for me..

sandeep k750 has megaboss option. The diff is in w700 songs can b choosed by artists name, tracks etc which is lacking in k750i instead in k750i all the audio in the media player is listed as all music.

lana hi , I have some problems with your phone ,it gets restarted every once and while because it doesn't match our net , I live in Iraq and use Asia cell if any one has a sloution for such problem please let me know, everything aobut this phone apart from this problem is just great. thanks

<unknown> i have 2 question about my lovely k750
1.isn't any password protection when the keypad get locks, like what Nokia phones have?
2.when i recieve a file via bluetooth, my phone only shows the name & the size of file, not the name of the sender!! why it should be this way?!

Kenny I guys i want to a memory card for this phone, is there any different between duo pro or mmc, i want to know if i buy any of those it can work for the fone(sorry for my english)

im trying 2 decide whether 2 buy the k750i or the w700i. the big difference that everyone keeps pointing out is that the w700i has no autofocus. i dont really need something 2 play lots and lots of music on, so im thinking K750i. anyone know of any problems? would be grateful 4 ur help. thanks.
