ian i believe this phone supports up to 1GB of memory. The MP3 player is very nice and user friendly even though it does not have the mega bass feature. Sound quality is still superb but very slightly lower than that of the other walkman phones. it would not really matter unless you are a real audiophile. this phone is really a good buy. very stylish and hi-tech at the same time...
