<unknown> i think its a great mobile,, but i wanna ask (can we send the mp3 songs??) and can we use these songs as a ringtones?? and i think that the video is very poor and the camera doesnt have a night mode!!! but even though i love this mobile

Harry Any Rs-mmc card can be used....i have a rs-mmc 256 card with some short movies on it made possible by the smartmoive software. Its preety good. I do have some bugs like restarting, but i use it as my second phone...for games and excellent software. I have the ngage software on and its wicked. As a second phone it is fantastic....the camera is superb and many of the features. Got to ebay and buy the Software disc. Its for £5 and has virtually every software you need. For £5 its well worth it. Any questions please ask.

Ashraf The siemens sx1 is a top phone, even today, I bought mine 3 years ago. I have had problems with it but have found the customer service from Siemens to be excellent. The phone has Bluetooth as well as infra red so the connectivity is excellent. You can use RS MMC cards in it with no problem. Im even using Route 66 on it (it cant handle Tom tom due to memory) with the SX1 car kit installed. In short i havent found a phone in 3 years that will give me something extra worth having. The alarm clock on the world clock is excellent, even the Nokia N70 doesnt have the alarm that you can set for working days, weekends etc. Great feature. Siemens... SX2 please!! And dont lose any of these features from the SX1. New firmware upgrade (free from siemens site) has nightshot, and is terrific.

Kwaku The design is awesome, but can Siemens give us something like SX1i, which will have mp3 ringtones and a mega pixel.

mmc = MultiMedia Card and its a kind of memory card similar to SecureDigital
brands of mmc : Transcen, SanDisk, etc
i dont know what kind of 512mb card u bought, there are various types
i havent tried 512 on a SX1, but i dont see why it wouldnt work

<unknown> SX1 is a great phone with a great design that even other people with Nokia phones would look at. On a dinner with friends who own new Nokia phones, they would pass my SX1 around because they are amazed by the keypads at the sides. The look is also very futuristic with a balance of slick tech design. They would also discover a lot of things in it that are good.

The SX1s performance is very stable for as long as you have the latest firmware installed. It's quite old yet it can still compete against the latest Nokia symbian phones. Nokia SUCKS anyway.

maidul I had my sx1 for more than a year, it is really good and cover most of my desires...But there is something is not good for me that the phone dose not support the arabic language, can any one told me to solve that proplem,,,,,,so the sx1 will be the best 1

Pavlin Well what can I say.... This is THE BEST Siemens phone ever, and it has some very strong sides !!! After some firmware patches this phone can work flawlessfully. I put it 2GB MMC+ card(which even doesn't work with my notebook card reader) and it worked fine. I use puppetmaster or controlfreak to control my notebook like a remote control via Bluetooth connection. Mp3 player sounds best and u can listen mp3s for 10 or more hours with one battery cycle.
