<unknown> I think this phone is nice and to turn predictive text off go to settings then phone setup then go to T9 input and click change. Thats how I got it off mine
<unknown> yes i and my daughter have just pruchased the poppy and battery life is no good...having to charge every other day..my last phone a sendo only had to charge about once a week..wish had seen posting before my purchase of the poppy
Katy Thanks to the replies regarding my problem with setting new ring tone. You are right I had a number saved under family and did not know to scroll down and save the ring tone in this setting as well. Thought I was going mad, but all seems ok now. Thanks again.
Alison I got this phone last week. Its my second handset as the first one had a mind of its own, turning itself on and off, freezing, but this one, touch wood, is great. To set a different ring tone, go to ringtones, calls then choose your tone from the ones listed, it should work. Also I've turned off my GPRS, which is settings, network and untick the GPRS box.

metalb*tch I hate this phone, it has so many glitches. I would not recommend it to anyone. It has malfunctioned and so virgin mobile are giving me another phone free of charge. However i cant save any pictures or messages to my SIM so i will lose everything on it. Very dissapointed indeed.
Sinqlair My mum bought this phone abiut 2 mths ago and have problems with battery life - it lasts only for 30 hrs. After reclamation she got another one, but the problem is the same. It's crappy mobile and don't buy it.

becky i bought my phone about 3 months ago i put it on silent when i went to cinema and now for the life of me i cant remember how to get all ringtones back on, as now i cant hear when it rings or when i get a msg, its really doing my nut in. can any one tell me how to sort it out? x
