Z710 is YOUR better choice, not the better choice.
Both phones have the same features, but these features are better in SE K800, K800 is more orientated to camera than Z710, this is the reason of image stabilizer, xenon flash, best pic and others.
Z710 has CCD camera matrix, but it isnt indicative of better job in a camera, I remember to all people that professional SLR cameras uses CMOS matrix, and K750 in comparing with samsung P750 2MP CCD camera, K750 wins in all aspects.
The new JAVA Plattform (JP-7) MIDP 2.0 in SE K800 allow to programmers write java aplications to manage camera functions, and make games in QVGA resolution with 30fps without hardware acceleration.
And about screens, Z710 has bigger screen (2.15 inch). In comparisson the screen is in the same level in colour rendition with K800 screen (2.0 inch)

Conclussion: If you want nice design with average camera and functions go with Z710, otherwise, if you want better functions and better camera choose K800 or the upcomming nokia N73
