<unknown> It is the worst phone I have ever owned, it is slow, it doesn't have everything the manual says it should have, but worst of all is the mic, people cant hear me very well and I cant hear them at all most of the time, I have to keep ringing over and over before it decides it wants to work properly. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with this phone. I can't download any ringtones. when i try to got to the internet it said service restricted. I can't send pic or videos either.

this phone is great
i used it for about 1 year
the design is nice the pictures are good
and the mp3 is working fantastically.
some say that the sound quality is bad but for me everything was perfect.
and i love the analogue watch in the front screen it's so cute...
so any1 planning 2 buy this phone don't waste your time looking around 4 another phone just get this phone

crease Overall i think the E720 is a brilliant fone....tonnes of memory...brilliant sound quality and picture perfect everytime....this is not a bad phone and i would recommend one to anybody...to get the clock display on the front ...take a random pictur...set it as front wallpaper....and then delete the picture!!!...the only dislike about the fone is the navigation menu on the home screen...its is to wide..apart fromm that..exellent fone
maz the samsung e720 is a good phone the only problem it has is with the messaging. when u wanna send a message it has a recent recipient part. u cant seem to delete the entries which. i think u should. is there anyway of deleting them at all
Lil_Jodz This phone is amazing! I haven't got it myself but my mum has it and now she has a new contract phone she is giving it to me. It is about 8.5 cm long (when closed) and weighs 90 grams. The features on this phone include- four games, calculator, alarmclock, camera with 2 BRIGHT lights on the front of the phone, mp3 player with two decent dance tunes along with the other ringtones on the phone, the internet where you can download FREE ringtones (decent songs), mms and sms,find out the time in different parts of the uk and the rest of the world and LOTS more. The great thing about this phone is the picture quality and the camera is AMAZING! The only thing i could put down about the phone is that it has a small ok button in the middle of the arrow buttons but if you have small fingers (like me!) it shouldn't be a problem. on the display when you flip the phone down you can have either a picture you choose or a picture of a clock and there are LOTS of designs you can choose again with amazing picture quality. The advantage is that you do not actually have to open the phone to play a song on the mp3 as it has 3 buttons in the front - play, skip back and skip forwards. This phone is really and amazing phone and i'd reccomend it to anyone!
