Yes. After nokia stole some of samsung's designers, samsung managed to steal some of them back.

Where you guys are getting the impression that this model has been Cancelled?????
Samsung unvieled this model few dasy back in SVIAZ Expo Comm 2006 and according to press report this will be launched in the 2nd quarter of 2006 to the Russian market and will be released shortly after in European countries.
