Qtek 2020 Details

John I have a Qtek the main problems I have had is the 22pin connector at the bottom breaks free inside and keeps disconnecting. Also the headphone socket does the same.
It does get heavy use in and out of the car daily.
I have used TOMTOM 3 with it and it worked fine with a bluetooth GPS but when I went to TOMTOM 5 it would not detect my Deconix DC210 Bluetooth GPS so I changed to a car cradle that had a wired gps incorporated. It works with this.
In fact I use it (with diff software) as an aviation GPS when flying a microlight.
I think it a good bit of kit.

Eva I wonder if I may find if it is possible to change language in my Qtek 2020 somewhere from french to italian.Please let me know if someone knows.

John Andrews It is a nice phone, but I am having problems getting to web pages. I am able to connect to O2 GPRS service but am not able to resolve any website addresses! If anyone knows how to help with this that would be good!

Jahangir Alam I have bought qtek2020 from Internet betting site ricardo, evrything was perfect but from days my mobile was hanging and then i have to do off and then on, but now its totally hanged and block only the starting screen is coming and the stick is not working any more so i am not able to start it. Do u have any idea how i can solve this or is there any service centre in Zurich or in Luzern,( Switzerland )

I am trying to recharge my Qtek 2020, but it is failing. Could you, please, specify the problems? Actually, I am facing this problem, soon after it fell off from my pocket on the road.
Are there any service centers in India, especially in Kolkata, Hyderabad or Bangalore?
Also I require a new Qtek Charger. How do I go about it?

JRB Hi, in general QTEK2020 it's very good, but, and there's always but, now I can't pair my bluetooth gps, because I can't find port5 , someone know's how to find it?

i bought qtek2020 just today 22/7/05 at rabat, morocco, unfortunately the user manual is in french and the dealer told me that it would take at least two weeks to get one in english. I am really eager to start operating the set, any help you could render?

Just i have some problems regarding i-mate as follows:
My device falled in water while doing some jop, when i went home it doesnt work probaply, the system doesnt want to log on to windows but the main screen which is (align Screen)still work without loging onto windows.
I hope somone help me finding the best solution for my hard problem.
