moocus Fantastic fone until the joystick broken, i havnt bothered to fix it - i wouldnt buy this fone, it may look stylish but it freezes and is of poor quality
Nicholas I bought this phone in september 2005 hopping that it will be as good as the design unfortunately this is not the case. joy stick failure needs modification. is this phone having a usb cable? if there is then may i get the information throug my email. memory capacity too low. u can change design to a five button to replace the joy stick
Andrzej Sorry, I forgot about second major issue with this phone: the joystick is very bad and uncomfortable, it's very difficult to use it, becouse it doesn't work like a real joystick (soft) but it works as normal keys (very hard, other keys are also very hard)
OSEI ROBERT I had this phone last two months of this year (2005) and it has given me a whole lot of problems.first it freezes whenever a try to make a call.IT restarts again and again and finally switches off.secondly the menu key normally gets stuck and unable to move.Lastly i have no cord to download.I have got no phone now and i wish you can send me a different type of the came brand since i like using philips gargets.
vaidis This phone is very beautifull, but... I had it about a month until it felt to ground from 40cm height and his screen was broken,no one could help me in lithuania(i'm living here) because there ara only few this model phones.So i have this phone and still waiting for someone who will broke the same phone to buy it cheap, take his screen off and put it to mine phone!Because the phone i like very much!If anybody could help me with getting the screen i will pay!Write to me!
Storm Even i had a problem with the joystick before. Then i got da joystick serviced. A little lubrication should do the trick. I have never had any problem with the joystick there on.

jerald mcleod I bought this phone hardly two months and it sucks because when i recieve a call it echos and now i cant use the centre ok button and i cant find the customers service phone number or address in chennai and i wasted four grandes for the stupid cellphone
355_user How to connect this phillips 355 phone to PC. Where can i atleast see (some picture) the datacable for this phone and how to connect it. If if doesn't have data connection by any mean. Then it is a junk phone.
Dilbert This has to be the worst phone i've ever had. The build quality was crap, it creak, echos and feels very very plasticy. All in all i was glad to get rid of the damn thing!
