jim i got this fone for xmas and the day after boxing day it was btoke. it wouldnt turn on and the screen douldnt wen connected to the charger
Helen Peters Ive had this phone about a year, about a year too long in my opinion. I've had the same problem as others such as it switching itself off and deleting all the messages whenever it feel like it. Unfortunatly i bought it from tescos so when it started to play up i took it to tescos, they said nothing to do with them so took it to O2...no..nothing to do with them either...phoned customer services...nothing to do with them either....who's fault is it then apart from my own that i have a really stupid and useless phone? who's gonna fix it?

conn This is my second one of these after the first broke. No one could hear me when they called. Had 2nd for 4 months it switched itself off won't go back on keypad lights when attached to charger. Taking it back for a refund this time. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.
steve piece of s**t. if this fone goes 2 hours without turning itself off and resetting the time & date you'll be lucky. i have emptied the inbox at least 20 times because it stores every msg u send & recieve & the memory is n good.fair enough, it ischeap. but you pay for wot you get. gettin me a sony ericsson w810i. Fan-Fookin-Tastic!!
daisy ive had my fone 4 about 6 months ive had most of the problems dat every1 else has encountered does anybody Know if i would be able to get a new one please it is so annoying
