momon to all who wants to use their mobile to pc as modem, go to your nokia pc suite and the click on the internet connection, settings and then u can surf the net in your pc as 7710 the modem. ok?
cracker this phone is just great. i have now aquired over 150 s90 progams and java progs designed for this phone. you can do more with the 7710
than most PDA's. i love the fact you can watch full dvd's one minute and play emulated sega genesis and gameboy advanced games the next. the basic features of this phone are all you need for a great user freindly experience. i have not had any problems with it so far and i have had it 10 months and im looking for another. admitidly ive spent a lot of money on programs but most others are freeware and there is more people developing progs just search google or yahoo for symbian forums and you will find developers websites, progs are usualy under $15/£8 and well worth it.... there is also a great stereo fm radio and tons of space for my mp3 colection just waiting for the mobile tv and then ill have the perfect phone

Uzo A really nice phone. Bulky - yes, a bit slow - yes , a great phone - definitely. I luv the bulk and I cherish the fact u can do a thousand and one things with it. I'm an artist, so it's just the perfect phone for me. I live in Nigeria.

Suraj Varma I have this 7710 for the last 5 months, and having issues with the phone getting hanged every 15 mins. I have loaded a few songs in it and thats about it...please advice if it wud be better if i can upgrade the firmware or OS in it..and how do i go about doing that.

paddy this is a cool phone but it is bulky.camera should be of 2MP

Try to format your 512 MMC card using the phone. Do not format it using a computer. After formatting the card using the phone, remove it and transfer all your sis files from the computer, insert it again into the phone and evrything should work properly. I experienced the same thing as yours but after doing so, my phone works fine.
