when i saved any phone no on my sim using 6230i "operation failed" has come and then later on the required has been saved............

Denny Battery problem :
Yes, I had battery problem ever since I bought it 6 months ago.. now I'm moving to the Netherlands where the signal is very good, and it seems I'm not having that problem anymore!!! So, it's true with my suspicion that this Cellphones always trying to get good signal which means consuming battery!!! Well, I guess I won't have any problems with it anymore and it's a great handphone! Just what I need

It may have all the features and work well etc.etc. but might as well be a brick ! if it doesn't get some speed up !!! switching between screens ,functions,search and back and forth is the slowest mobile I have ever seen , about to ditch it ahhhhh!
obie Have been using n6230i for a year now. I find it so useful and handy. I wanted to copy a bible version into my memory. I was succesful in copying but when I opened the file it says file not supported. Why is that? Ned an answer please.
Denny NO, this phone only comes in 64MB or even 32MB in some countries... so, if you want extra, you'll have to buy it.. which is quite common practice hehe
Saravan I want to buy a mobile phone , please help me to choose one of two phones.
my first choice was nokia 6230i because of it's small size and design with the high performance such as bluetooth, infrared, mp3 player, 512 mb memory card and etc.
now I belive that it have many limit on it's slow speed and it's display (small and 65k) and it dosen't suport any OS.
I look at the phones, I finde nokia n72 with the great design, that I know it is better than 6230i but I want to select 6230i with the attention in size of these phones.
what's your idea about selecting small siza (6230i) versus n72 that is new and great phone ?

Mr. X from India i love this phone, using it since one year. using net on it via opera mini, listening to mp3/FM it has great sound in small size. only problem is lesser controls in video playback. no FF/REV button in video.
Ghost my boss has a 6230i and it's battery life is one day.with maximum 30 mins talk tome.we tried switching the battery from same and different nokia models including 1100 and still no result.so the battery is not the problem, but we simpli couldn't resolve the problem.i heard it might be a software problem but we lack the means to update the firmware.does anyone know exactly what the problem might be?ty, e-mail me pls if u got an answer.
