purexorange I've had this for about a month and I have absouletly no complaints! its a great phone except for it doesn't have a memory card slot and its only 1 megapixel. But everything else is great. Love the look. I recommend it!

lady hi guys.i'm in big trouble:(i can't decide which phone is better:nokia 6131 or nokia 6111;the first one has card slot,wonderful display,but the second one has very good design and camera in landscape mode;i really can't decide.please guys help me!

Sweet Valley Hi! Nokia 6111 is a beautiful slider phone. Lovely mobile phone, especially I just love the size of its so small and slim, its such a SWEETHEART.

<unknown> ok . . . i think this phone is great. im no phone expert but for ease of use its a doddle! personally i haven't experienced any problems with the battery life. On the first day I charged it for 1 hour until it was full and it stayed that way for the next week even when I did make calls . . .
The camera is ok the only problem is that the capture button on the side of the phone can be a little stiff so you have to hold on tight if you dont want to drop it! be warned! The only other thing which I think could be improved is the video recording - it only lets you record for 10 seconds at a time and the quality is nowhere near as good if you compare it to something like a samsung. Apart from that its brill. It slides so easy and is small enough to put in ur pocket. The menu is easy to navigate plus- if you dont like the way it's set out you can change it!!
I got mine in black because I think all these pink phones look a bit tacky and will be out of fashion in a flash. Its a fairly practical colour- only downside is that it the fingerprints.

noddy This phone looks and feels GREAT! However after just 6 days it broke: kept cutting out and restarting. So I took it back, and after two hours of hard-work got it changed. I just hope it lasts, I get the feeling I have to treat it like a new-born baby, the slightest 'bad' treatment or knock will break it. Not Recommended 6111. The Nokia 6670 is rock-solid, bombproof, stick to that!

Kerry The only thing good about this phone is that it is nice looking. Screen clear. Sliding open can be rough as the keys can pop out of place. Battery life good. Easy to use as with all Nokias. The phone is not very substantial scratches and dents easily, cheap plastic case. It has put me off Nokia. I am trying a Motorola V3i next.

Sian Hey, I have had this phone for about three months now and until now I have been over the moon with it. All of a sudden it has started playing up:
1. Buttons along the right hand side didn't work very well (This got fixed)
2. The camera button on the top doesn't work anymore
3. The screen freezes and then goes blank
4. The envelope and the sending message icons will stay along the top until my phone is turned off. Will come back when I send or recieve a message.
5. When trying to go into my outbox a message appears saying 'Operation Failed. Try again'. I try again, same thing
6. When I go to read a new message, it will say that it is an unsupported message type. When I turn my phone off and read it again its fine.
7. It takes a full minute to turn on.

If anyone has any tips or whatever to maybe get some of the problems fixed, it would be much appreciated :D

mel i had this fone for 3 weeks now and its the best ive had trust me i had a sony ericcson crap i had a motarola that i had to keep taking the screen to bits because of dust the the bottons broke do not have a motorola v3i i also got a usb cable with my 6111 i had it out my catalouge
