<unknown> This is a nice phone, but it has a few snags though.
The worst for me is the keypad - the buttons are too close together if you are a quick texter. If I could get a different cover and keypad this might solve the problem.
The memory is far too small. It should have 10MB at least. Plenty of data modes and it's tri-band as well so that's a plus. It also has Java.
Good phone but a few annoying features.

tony stark your phone should never get hot, no matter what. if it does then your battery is a fake and it will wreck your phone in the end. best thing to do is throw away the fake battery and buy one from nokia and nobody else.

cassi pls help.. i hve a little prob. w/ this fon.. it can only save 1 image in the gallery. dont know why.. everytime i take another shot, a warning msg wud appear and says: 'unable to save image' pls help me with this guys...

nokia 6020 becomes dead frequently.
u may get it repaired from 'nokia care', but then also there is no guarantee that it will last long. it may become dead for 3-4 hours suddenly.
it seems 6020 is a faulty product with basic hardware problem.
<unknown> dust and other anonymous particles get into the screen. and its impossible to open the front cover. this is the only thing that bugs me :\
