Nokia 2600 Details
Samal I just bought this phone and it's really cool.
Colours, sound & other features are ok except the vibration feeling low and the builtin handfree sound is also low.
Is there any way to increase the builtin handfree volume if so please tell me.
Overall 2600 is a good phone.
<unknown> this is a marvelous phone really believe me.
simplemind Easy to use budget phone. To switch on loudspeaker during incoming or outgoing call, press C and scroll down to loudspeaker mode and there you are.
Mira well i just got this mobile a few days ago im from egypt btw its rly good i like it but i thought it would have bluetooth or infared but it doesnt :( and also it cant send long forward messages it short forwards i dont know why other than tht its gr8 i like it
Zelandeth Good cheap, simple phone. It makes and recieves calls, sends and recieves text messages...and being totally honest, what more does a phone have to do?!?
Cost me £40 including £10 of credit, and I'm well happy. It doesn't look cheap, seems a pretty solid design, and as with every Nokia I've had, is so simple to use, it can be done with your eyes closed.
Gripes: Keypad on mine was slightly flaky when I got it - removing and reseating the pad sorted it though. No ascending volume main ring tone! That one IS annoying.
Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a phone rather than a portable media centre, you can't go wrong.
Alexey what is the setting of selphone Nokia 2600 to operate it via to internet.
Danse Macabre Getting fed up of texting the first number in my phone list when the phone is in my pocket.Happens even when key lock is on :(
Dust easily finds its way in under the clip on covers.
Hands free speaker easy to hear but a pain to set up in a call, but actual phone speaker(earpiece)distorted at full volume and hard to hear caller at lower volumes.
Predictive text seems to know some bizarre words but not a lot of commonly used ones.
All in all an ok phone, calendar useful, but going for a cheap flip as getting hacked off with sending blank texts.
Ezekile Pls i need a talking clock on my nokia 2600
<unknown> For everyday business, it's really dependable phone. Please do not expect mms, camera, gprs, wap on this phone, it is not designed for those purposes. I could say that it may be color version of Nokia 3210/3310/3330 with more basic benefits.
Anyone may have problem with the pre-downloaded themes/ringtones, it is understandable because the themes/ringtones of Nokia 2600 depend on the countries. So, I suggest to go to Nokia Service Centre to get different ones or buy in any preferable shops.
More or less, Nokia 2600's simply useful.
<unknown> This phone are created for user like elderly or user who want a simple yet stylish, colour phone. What they simply need is a phone to call and send simple SMS. So each phone has it's own used and targeted user.
