Motorola V191 Details

ahsan hope motorola would do something about their phone menu's. it's rather bit confusing. SE already changed theirs when sony and ericsson teamed up.

rington Anyone knows how does Motorola disabled the USB connection?

<unknown> hi - i can't figure out how to text message (in English) - multiple letters keep showing up...

Dragon --Wash says:
very good, but it doesnt work with Motorola Phone Tools. It has some driver isues. Ive managed to make it work with "Mobile Master" but it doesnt fully support motorola phones.

Hey Wash!!, V191 works with Motorola Mobile Phone Tools, just update your software to the last version... keep updating so no more actualization are needed and then the soft will find your phone.
V191 works for me...

Andrew Igor, I didn't upload any java yet, but friends of mine did and they told me you can do it with P2KTools or Moto MidManager.
What did you do to use the V220 driver? Anyway, use Motorola Phone Tools 4.04+ to use the proper driver!
And to the last anonymous poster, I don't understand the problem exactly. Is the problem the usage of iTap (predictive)? Did you read the manual about text messaging?

<unknown> Sorry can someone please email me how to connect the v191 to the pc.Tried mobile phone tools 3 but doesnt support it. Is there a driver? Or a freeware program.
Thanks!!

Igor I got one and Iīm very happy with it. I agree, it doesnīt have the expensive stuff but itīs cool. Can anyone tell me how can I upload java software (games)? I am using Mobile Phone tools with the V220 driver, but it doesnīt have a file manager. Can I do this? Thanks.

Mark_S Other than 850mhz roaming band and the blue color, this is the same exact phone that T-Mobile USA carries. A worthwhile Motorola without all the BS.

bigblackmomma ya 1st!

this phone sucks what motorola have in their minds??? Nokia, SE, and Samsung are doing their job but what about motorola releasing those simple phones?

wash very good, but it doesnt work with Motorola Phone Tools. It has some driver isues. Ive managed to make it work with "Mobile Master" but it doesnt fully support motorola phones.
