Motorola C390 Details
<unknown> Does this phone support proper file transfer via bluetooth like other phones? Please help.
Mithu oops!! its unibeleiveable that bluetooth is available in this cheaper phone..
d hi, i just wanna ask, how many messages can this phone store/save?
Taimoor good one
ayyazo I am planning to buy c390 in Pakistan in 6800 rupees (around $115)for the package having a bluetooth headset.
Please tell me (for the guys who have it already):
- Did you get the BlueTooth headset with the package of c390 ?
- What is the model of the BlueTooth headset you got with it ?
- How much price you paid for the package ?
- Are you comfortable with features of the mobile comparable with the price ?
I would be very grateful if you take out some minutes and answer my questions.
Daniel I've been using this phone for 6 months now, so I thought I'd post a review. I am using it with a Jabra BT800 Headset. I was originally after a phone with bluetooth, no camera, and no gimicks.
In general I really like the C390. It is a functional phone. The speakerphone works well. I sit in on my dash or seat in my car while driving and can hold a clear conversation.
The microphone seems very receptable to wind. If you use a phone outdoors, particularly in windy areas this may be a problem for you. Using a headset seems to help...
Call quality is good; I like the Motorola menu layout; there is enough memory to fit some Mp3 ringtones or other data.
After 6 months the phone enclosure still looks new. The display looks a little scratched from sitting in my pocket with keys, but has held up well to this treatment.
I like the display size including default font size . It is functional without clutter.
My battery with bluetooth on seems to last around 3 days although this is without too many calls.
Bluetooth to the Jabra headset works perfectly.
I recommend the phone but have a few gripes:
1. It cannot charge over the USB connector! This means you can't plug it into your USB hub or use a motorola V3 charger (which uses a UCB plug and plugs in but does not function).
2. Voice dial is limited to 4 entries! This is my biggest disappointment. That is, even though I have 1.5Mb free memory on the phone. Note I've been told that even Motorola's latest phones are limited to 10-12 entries.
3. Battery life (even with bluetooth off). This would be less of a problem if I could charge over USB like with the V3. However, I believe there is a larger capacity battery available.
fahad c380 is a different model from c390, they both have the same shape but the main difference between the two is that c390 has got bluetooth and it comes with a bluetooth handsfree device (at least in pakistan) i bought it for pkr. 3400 two days ago. baught it since it was the cheapest phone with bluetooth available in the market, the included handsfree was also quite comfortable but very basic in functionality.
dipta i have motorola c390 but in indonesia phones name is c380 and my phone havent bluetooth why?
<unknown> Great a better model of the C380 but with Bluetooth! big improvement but Motorola could have done something with the memory.
XPDC I think this phone much better than Motorola C380 Because this phone has a bluetooth and this phone is very cheap...
