LG L1100 Details
nicole I like it, but now I need help if still possible. I bought it April 2005, everything worked fine. Yesterday after having recharged the battery, so nothing special, I switched my LG1100 on, all my pictures, phone numbers, calendar inserts, etc. were simply gone. None of my settings are in anymore, no internet connections, nothing anymore. I'm disappointed especially because I had beautiful pictures taken during my holidays and they are all gone, I had not the time yet to safe them on my PC. Thanks in advance for any advice.
am I'm happy with the phone other than the battery life. i have to charge it twice a week (more if i talk lots or play games). I got it mainly because i wanted a flip phone and also because it connects to my PC. The camera is average but i have a digital camera so i wasn't interested in that feature. Not as simple to use as a nokia but it didn't take too long to get used to it.

phoneUser100 The lg 1100 has a great design , average features and average camera. It doesn't have a flash. The pictures taken were good quality but at night, the camera was no good. The talk time for this phone is really bad. The talk time is not long. The battery only lasts abit over 2.5 hours of talking and it needed recharging This can be fixed but buying another battery.
If you intend to take photos with this phone. You can only store 8 in high quality. There is only 1 mb of memory (shared with phone book, games, messages, and applications). This is very little.
If you want a camera phone which is better than this one, has more memory and talk time, and cheaper, consider the Panasonic X 70.

Jose Calderon Well, I got this phone from www.computergeeks.com for $189 plus $15 shipping i was very pleased by the customer service. I awaited its arrival with great eagerness because i purchased it to use it in Costa Rica. It finally arrived and i have two complaints. First the battery life is amazingly short, it's actually ridiculous and second when you dial a number all the colors of the rainbow appear as you punch the numbers and it makes it look incredibly gay. I have tried to get rid of the colors with no luck yet. If anybody knows how to change it i would highly appreciate it. Other than that i think it's a great phone. Hope this helps anybody...
Amanda i've had this phone since 8/04...actually not this exact one...i've had 2...the first didn't work and they said it was a "gliched" phone so i got a new one and my money back. this one has been okay...but i had a problem with the missed calls but i called Cingular and gave them a piece of my mind and they did something and now its great! so just call you account people and see if they can help you-they helped me! as far as you people with broken screens and antennas and all that...what the crap are ya'll doing to your phone? nothing has broke off mine!
Brett I have had this phone for a week, everything works well. I loved the design of the phone and bought it on impulse. It is a solid phone only the battery does not last long, but thats a small price to pay for such a great phone. To answer a few questions wall papers and ringtones that work for nokia phones work on this phone.

c bridges lg l1100 is a cool phone. had a bad download to it. called lg and they reset it within minutes. great phone.
