Karen Sullivan I have the same problem as everyone else and am fed up! Is there any way of getting around it? Fed up of the egg timer coming up and losing all my data.Why have I got to keep putting it to factory reset all the time?

<unknown> I LOVE my little phone, i bought it about 2 yrs ago & nothing has gone wrong with it, i live in the countryside & i have always got a strong signal, unlike my husbands phone & our friends, theyre allways moaning about their phones, & phrasing what a great phone mine is :)
my only question is this, can i somehow get rid of the ..T-MOBILE wording that displays on my screen, if so how, much apreciated .

mark bought 2 of these phones in jan this year,as reports on here phone was easy to use..good camera,shame about the pathetic quality,as its now may weve had 4 of these phones all suffered data loss refusal to open pics and text messages and no camera function,really annoying,myself and my wife both lucjy weve had ours replaced within the shop warranty now have a motorolla and a nokia ..to my relief,want my opinion dont buy the lg..its crap..lg have serious quality issues

Chloe Ok so i have this phone for 2 years n its crashed twice! the first time i could easily restart it n i could text within the minuet. tho the recent time it crash nothing would work, only calls n i dont want it for that! so i did the reset thing n whoop its all fine. but i wouldnt advise it, too easy to crash!

by the way, where do u get new software from? i so dont know!

natalie i have had this fone since christmas the only thing is a don't no how to get rid of the tmobile sign on the screen if anyones knows plz help me.

omar i bought this phone from 4 months , but now i cant recive any msg and i cant open my photo folder and even i cant open my camera.my camera dont work at all , i dont know what im gonna do. i went to lg company in egypt but they told me that they cant fix this problem cause they dont have c2200 in egypt. plz tell me how i can fix this problem

ANKIT SHRIVASTAVA Although its a good phone but I am fed uf of it.
As its software gets corupted again and again,and its memory goes into negative,and then I am not able to open its camera and messages.

Please now tell me how to reset my phone or what else to do.

leeann Had this phone for a few months and got a cable for downloading pictures etc but that does not even work. tried to send pictures to another phone and that never worked either. Even had people sending me pictures and cant receive them. if anyone knows what to do plzzzzz tell me, ta C2200
